group of BodyWorks regulars enjoyed our 2nd weekend Retreat in August
2005 at the fabulous Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma.
The accomodations
were excellent, the food even better, but the highlight was our
time together as a group. We went into the topic of Integration as
our
weekend focus. And integrate we did.
The first morning we explored
our koshas (inter-connected
layers of our being) which layed the groundwork for a healing and
deeply felt experience of the yoga practice. We had a blast on Saturday
night
when we were surprised by our fellow yogis who put together a fantastic
impovisational movement show for our laughs.The afternoons were
spent napping, swimming, hiking, reading, or having a massage. Thanks
everybody for your participation.

Westerbeke
