We will bring into focus Zen teachings on mindfulness, beginner's mind, self-acceptance and lovingkindness. The workshop will weave the yoga practices of asana poses and pranayama breathing, with traditional Zen sitting and walking meditation. This will be an opportunity to meet yourself where you are. Please join us for this mixed-level class – no prior yoga or Zen experience necessary.
