Enjoy a calm and compassionate environment to stretch, strengthen and nurture your body, mind, spirit & child! Share this profound time of the childbearing year with other pregnant women and new moms with babies. Pregnant and new moms offer support and parenting tips. Experience creative ways of practicing yoga with expanding pregnant bellies and new moms interacting with babies. Acupressure points are integrated into yoga postures and self-massage to help relieve the uncomfortable symptoms associated with pregnancy and motherhood. (Babies from conception until actively crawling).
