Yoga helps us keep strength and flexibility in our bodies. It also gives us time for reflection and introspection, which helps us calm our minds. It's a wonderful activity that can be done by anyone, modifications will be made to accommodate different levels of ability. Chairs available.

Instructor MARIBETH D'AMATO has recently completed the Integrative Yoga Teacher's training at BodyWorks and has been practicing yoga since 1997.
