Bodyworks is pleased to announce the launch of an innovative, comprehensive eight-week program focusing on sustainable weight loss and positive lifestyle changes. Sustainable Health™ is the practice of simple, daily lifestyle choices resulting in lasting change. It is available to people of all ages and fitness levels. Our group format provides a safe, supportive, interactive environment for learning, growth and change.

This Nine-Session Weight Loss Program Includes:

  • Weekly In/Outdoor Personal Fitness Training: Jesse Ryan, CPT
  • The Mind-Body Connection: Carol Harvey, MFT
  • Yoga Class: Jean Grant-Sutton, CYT
  • Cooking Demostrations: Kathi DeJong, Certified Natural Chef
  • Nutritional Counseling
  • Provocative Lectures
  • Buddy System: Peer Support & Accountability
