Sweat Your Prayers is an open dance floor with live, world-based music focused within the 5Rhythms™, designed to give you, the dancer, the opportunity to discover and deepen your awareness of your own personal experience and perhaps free the mind for a short while of it's endless stories and the stories around us while you practice listening to your body. The 5Rhythm™ Wave, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness is designed to assist and catalyze you inward toward this beautiful experience of Self. We all have our own dance and each time you come to the dance floor your experience is unique. There are no dance steps to learn... only your own. No one is too old, or young, or too fat or too clumsy to move. As we connect deeper with the rhythms, they in turn help us connect into the feminine ways of the body through flowing, the masculine ways of the body through staccato, the wild-child of the dancing mind through Chaos, the balance of the soul-being in Lyrical and the dance of Spirit within Stillness. I look forward to dancing with you on the dance floor.
