Journey within and remember your divinity in an embracing and healing women’s circle. The circle is a fundamental form for expression and community, one that helps develop insight, wisdom, and compassion. This sacred space will use elements of movement, music and dance, imagery and writing, sharing and active listening.
Instructor GAILA NEWBURG’S education has been both traditional and experiential. Of note is her background as a teaching nurse and actor, with a long involvement with women’s groups. Expressive movement is her passion, as is finding opportunities to be of assistance to others. She is presently in “Circlework” training with Jalaja Bonheim.
