Instructor GAIL O’DEA has been a part BodyWorks community since its inception, originally as a massage therapist and yoga practioner. And, most recently, as a student in the BodyWorks Yoga Teacher Training program. Gail has been touched by both the steadfast approach of Hatha Yoga approach that encourages self-awareness through the lens of compassion and balance, as well as the “spicier” approach of the Kundalini practice which serves as a catalyst to personal growth through the practice of breathwork, chanting and intense, directed kriya work.
