Adapting Yoga for You Two 8-week series
Looking to start a yoga practice but are not quite sure if you are ready for a mainstream class? This is a great class for you. You may be recovering from an injury, illness or just beginning a practice and want to be mindful of your level and needs. It will be a safe, yet challenging class for those who are looking for the benfits of yoga.We welcome those who have fibromyalgia, arthritis pain, back problems and other conditions. Instructor CLARA GRAY teaches Adaptive Yoga at the College of Marin, the Marin YMCA and on a private basis. She is a certified Integrative Yoga Teacher.
