Buy your class card online Early Morning Yoga: Practice yoga as the start of your day to bring you into the quiet of the morning. Utilize the peace of the early morning to cultivate a calm mind and relaxed body before venturing into the rest of the day. Explorative Yoga: Suitable for those students wanting to delve into poses in a deeper and stronger way. Gentle Yoga: Suitable for anyone new to yoga or anyone with limitations and/or chronic stress. Hatha Flow: Deep flow, integrating breath energy awareness with intention to create balance with body/mind. Iyengar Inspired Yoga: Hatha Yoga based on B.K.S Iyengar's method of teaching. Much attention is given to proper alignment, breathing and relaxation. Props will be used to deepen awareness in the poses. Kundalini Yoga: Kundalini yoga uses familiar Hatha principles to explore what's called "the science of the chakras". Posture (asana), breathwork (pranayam), hand position (mudra), chanting (mantra), and meditation combine to create a transformational and awakening experience. This class is accessible to all levels and requires no previous experience. Mixed Level Yoga: Suitable for beginners and intermediates. Different variations and progression of poses are offered. Tai Chi/Chi Gung: Ancient energy practices that help develop internal strength fluidity and ease in the body and mind. The Wu Style Tai Chi short form will be taught and the basics of standing and moving Chi Gung. This is a great class for those new to Tai Chi and Chi Gung who would like to learn in a fun and relaxed environment. Twist and Shout: A funky dance jam! Move to the groove and have fun! Vinyasa Flow: This Hatha Yoga system moves fluidly with the breath into posture, creating strength, flexibility and endurance, allowing the heart and mind to open. The class finishes with 15 minutes of Pilates. Vinyasa Yoga Blend: A blend of hatha yoga styles with an emphasis on linking breath with movement, and creating a balanced practice of strength and flexibility, effort and ease. Wisdom Healing™ Chi Gong: Chi Gong (Qigong) is a 5,000 year old healing art that originated in China. It is a system that cultivates energy for transformation and integration of the body, mind and spirit. Wisdom Healing™ Chi Gong provides an effective path to take charge of your health and discover a powerful “inner medicine”. Through simple flowing movements you will learn how to: open the body, calm the mind and cultivate healing energy; heal and balance the endocrine, hormone and immune systems; reduce stress and pain; nourish cells, tissues and organs; enhance functioning of the nervous system, cultivate vital energy; and reduce side effects from medical treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation. People with all types of illnesses and health challenges are invited to attend this weekend. The practice is designed for people with all levels of physical abilities. It is also designed for healers who would like to begin to incorporate chi healing into their practices. Movement & Meditation for Chronic Pain: offering a variety of movement and mindfulness practices to help ease or eliminate chronic pain or discomfort (please wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothes). Integral Yoga: This Hatha Yoga practice focuses on holding the poses longer to build stamina and a deeper understanding of the asanas. Maintaining an easeful body and useful mind are key components to the teachings.

From East Petaluma: Take East Washington Street to Lakeville St., turn left. At East "D" Street, turn right. Over the bridge, second left is Second Street, turn left. Drive 2-1/2 blocks to 490 Second Street (between F and G). From 101: Take the Petaluma Blvd. South exit. Drive north on Petaluma Blvd. until you reach "G" Street and turn right.
